Ngarannam: The Homecoming follows the stories of Amina Modu, Falmata Ali, and Bulama Hassan, three internally displaced people (IDP) living in one of the largest camps in Maiduguri, Borno State.
This short film presents an intimate look into their lives as they navigate daily struggles in the camp, having been uprooted from their homes for nearly a decade.
Ngarannam: The Homecoming is a story of hope, family and home; shedding light on those affected by the Boko Haram conflict. The film also highlights UNDP and the Nigerian government’s vision through the Regional Stabilization Facility (RSF); restoring dignity and a sense of normalcy back into the lives of the people of Ngarannam and across Northeast Nigeria.
